OP Steak Nights!
It's Easy!

(1) To sign up for steak night, you must do one of the following before 3pm Wed:
 
a.  Come by and sign up OR
b. Call us at 281-333-1235 OR
c. Email us at:  steak@optavern.com

After 3pm Wed, Just come to steak night but expect to pay a slightly higher price for being a walk in.

We have received requests for lighter fare for people who want to participate but just not eat a big dinner so.....we are now offering a lighter option:  something like skewered kabobs (might vary slightly from week to week)

 
(2)  Come in between 5pm and 10pm and you ask for your steak (yes, it has your name on it!)      
(3)  Take it to the seasoning table          
(4)  Pick a grill - charcoal or propane?
(sorry, we do not have propane accessories)
(5) Grill away !

(6) Eat !
